The @MDAnalysis/coredevs have drafted a Mission Statement for the MDAnalysis Project.
MDAnalysis is a community so everyone is invited to have a look at MDAnalysis/MDAnalysis.github.io#364 and leave a comment.
The @MDAnalysis/coredevs will eventually decide on the final version of the Mission Statement that will guide the direction of the project in the future.
