When an old splits file is opened, with settings for an old auto-splitter, allow a new ASR auto-splitter to read the Legacy Raw XML AutoSplitterSettings and implement its own migration from the old settings.
Ideally, an auto-splitter should be able to read it and do this migration as soon as the old splits file is opened, without requiring the user to press a button or tick a box in a GUI somewhere. That would allow a new auto-splitter implementation to be seamlessly compatible with splits files from an old auto-splitter.
