Can't Download all the packages required for VicTree using environment.yml file

Good evening, I'm an undergrad at Princeton University and trying to run the simulations that you used in your paper. I've cloned the repo and am trying to create a new conda environment using the environment.yml file. In the directory with the yml file, I ran the command "conda env create -f environment.yml", but I get the following error:

When using conda search, the build version is no longer there for these packages. Do you have any idea on how I can resolve these issues and successfully install VIcTree onto my computer so that I can run it?
