描述这个错误

大声朗读tts插件失效，怀疑是MS Azure的tts服务调用出问题了

复现步骤

测试网页 https://36kr.com/p/3017130737726595
进入阅读模式，使用大声朗读，有新窗口弹出但无法加载

其他相关说明

浏览器：edge 130.0.2849.56 (正式版本) (64 位)
同步助手：1.2.0

操作系统

Win11
