What is the feature?

It would be awesome if Better Thermostat supports occupancy sensors.

Description

The logic would actually be very similar to window sensors. If there is no occupancy, turn off heating, if there is occupancy, turn back on.

Have you tried changing the entity "Show As", or created a templated binary sensor?

I was also thinking the same but I also have window sensors. Using occupancy as a window may work but it is also very hacky. If you wanna do both occupancy and window detection, it gets more complicated. It would be much better to support both explicitly

Also I would personally have the on/off time delay differently set up.

For windows, turn off when the window is open and turn on 5 minutes after the window is closed.

For occupancy, turn off 5 minutes after no occupancy and turn on 5 seconds after occupancy is detected.
