Description

First of all I want to say thanks for this fantastic projekt. I love it !!!

I am using the Better Thermostat (BT) integration in Home Assistant with Danfoss Ally thermostats (model 014G2460) connected via Zigbee2MQTT. When a window switch is opened, the thermostat in the corresponding room is turned off as expected. However, once the window is closed, the thermostat does not automatically turn back on.

I use all kinds of windows switches. Tuya, aquare, sonoff and some noname ones. I have seen this error with all of them. The error goes away when no windows switch is added in the BT setup on the

The real thermostat where I reproduced the problem is called "0x3410f4fffe2073a7"
The reason I did not rename it, was that someone had the same issue as me and he claimed it helped not to give it a friendly name.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a window with a window switch connected to the Better Thermostat integration.
  2. Observe that the thermostat in the same room turns off.
  3. Close the window.
  4. Notice that the thermostat remains off and does not reactivate after the set time has gone.
