Tolerance issue

There is an issue with the tolerance value. For example, when I set the tolerance to 0.5 and the target temperature to 24, heating should turn off when the temperature reaches 24.5 and turn back on when it drops to 23.5. However, there is currently an issue; it turns on at 23.9 and turns off at 24.2, which is not working as expected.
