[Kavita] Add hint on how to make a smart filter

Idea Description

I decided to try customizing my dashboard and for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to make a smart filter. It wasn't until I snooped around in pictures on the discord that I realized you needed to go to a library, filter it, and then save the filter.

Maybe adding a little hint text to the empty smart filters section of the customizer could help steer users to the right place?
