In the question bank view, the searchconditions are given as URL parameters. However, the =0 parameter is always there, even if =1 is also given. This may have no functional consequence, but looks wrong.

The same error exists in the question bank interface of core moodle, from which we have copied code. Since it is an advantage to use an exact copy of the core code, it may not be worth fixing this bug.
