Well right not right now, omitting the assertion option executes them all. But I have an idea for profiles/sets once there are more validators.

Check, maybe, ommit it by default in the beginning? My point is, nit allot of websites have breadcrumbs, and it is a shame to "misinform" people. If you run this tool and it says "no breadcrumb found" I would immediatly assume "oh it is required by some SEO thing" . But it isn't.
I like your profile/sets Idea though
