Able to read but unable to download chapters

Steps to reproduce

1. Open manga chapter list
2. Click the download button or select download unread chapters

Expected behavior

The spinning animation for a pending download should start and then the completion wheel should start to fill when it starts to download.

Actual behavior

The spinning animation will start but the actual download completion animation does not. It will keep spinning indefinitely.

I've tried multiple manga from multiple sources. This doesn't happen on the main Tachiyomi app on the same device, either.

Same here with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ and TachiyomiJ2K and this the official Tachiyomi client
