After following the Wiring up the Arduino and Programming the Arduino section here (https://jarvis-mocap.github.io/jarvis-docs/manual/4_acquisitiontool_setup/#programming-the-arduino), we cannot get the arduino to trigger video recordings in the Jarvis acquisition tool. We also cannot detect any voltage oscillations in the arduino, suggesting that the trigger is not being generated with the arduino code Jarvis currently provides via PlatformIO.
I have attached the command prompt output from downloading the TriggerFirmware Repository for your convenience.
Additionally, we have tried triggering the recordings with some in-house written arduino code (in attachment), which also does not trigger the camera recordings, however we can register voltage oscillations in the breadboard that is connected to the arduino.
Finally, we have tried wiring the arduino the "Jarvis way" and also based on the Blackfly S diagram on the FLIR website (both images attached), neither of these 2 managed to trigger the camera recordings.
We are using Windows.
Considering that we are running out of options to try, we would really appreciate if you could share some input in relation to what might be going wrong. Should you need some additional information, I am happy to provide.
Hi,
I hope you are doing well!
Our lab is currently trying to set up an Arduino to trigger 5 FLIR Blackfly S cameras (BFS-U3-23S3C-C Color Camera, https://www.edmundoptics.co.uk/p/bfs-u3-200s6m-c-usb3-blackflyreg-s-monochrome-camera/40177/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAlsy5BhDeARIsABRc6Zua0JRjyrzLb-GR2iyA9OE_r2LbtefIo2LAaH2gKgT9ACGrI6qdWrYaAuFlEALw_wcB).
