Data of C/E per energy range is reported in the Excel post-processing but not plotted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Insert C/E plot per energy range in the ALTAS as those reported next. The template of this plot is already available in the FNG-W foils (R:\AC_ResultsDB\Jade\04_JADE_latest_root\Tests\Post-Processing\Comparisons\Exp_Vs_00c_Vs_03c_Vs_32c\FNG-W\mcnp\Atlas) .
