Service Log sometimes not updating

Description

In the main application window of the service manager, the service log text display is sometimes not updated, even though the log file itself is.

Todo:

• Find out why the service log display in the GUI sometimes stops being updated and fix it.
• Add a Refresh button for the service log, which reloads the file contents and restarts the log reader thread.

Notes

Setting console=True in the .spec files may be useful when debugging builds.
