Forced lowering of line values inadvertently leads to slightly inaccurate data

Specifically the "from" field when the data is processed the "from name" (as opposed to address) is being forced to lower case.

e.g "Mail-Server" becomes "mail-server"

Generally speaking this isn't a big deal but it does change the data value with may prevent other systems from matching properly and it hides potential homograph techniques from being more visible
