Pas de génération d'échantillon qui arrive en échec et pour tant, c'est la BD TOPO en geopackage

Il est anormal que l'erreur ne soit pas remonté dans les logs.

Mais l'exécution de la génération a mis dans la composition les tables info_metadonnees, metadonnees_theme et layer_styles qui n'ont pas de géométrie.

La correction de #37 doit permettre de relancer sans ces tables.
