• Add date_of_operation field to linked appeals in the extract

• Admin Panel Improvements

  • Create an admin panel interface for managing the operations learning summary table.
  • Add an action in the admin interface to regenerate summaries directly.

• Post-Processing of summary

  • Remove appeal IDs from summaries to ensure they do not appear
  • Fix summaries ending with an open ( character

• Methodology Changes

  • Change excerpt prioritization to:
    1. Group excerpts by unique appeals.
    2. Prioritize excerpts based on recency within each group.

• Remove component 14 sub components from PER component filter

  • Remove them from admin panel
  • Migrate previously tagged data (tagged as sub components of component 14) to component 14
