During the judging phase, judges will be walking around the room looking at different projects and scoring them for different prizes. They probably won't be carrying laptops around to do this, instead they'll be scoring projects on their phone. To accomodate this, we need to make the judge scoring page more mobile-friendly.
Before we can start styling the page to make it look more mobile-friendly, we need to adjust the content of the page so a mobile-friendly page will be easier to design. Specifically, we should probably:
"Rotate" the existing table so that the form is split up by project rather than by prize. This way, we can make different panels for each project, and the judge will be able to swipe through these panels as they walk to different tables. Under each project, we will have rows for each prize the judge is scoring.
Stack the scoring criteria instead of having the text boxes side-by-side
