现有的设置支持在打开游戏时，“最小化”、“最小化至系统托盘”
建议加一个：无变化的功能，我打开gal时不需要potatoVN有变化。

这应该也是个及其简单的功能，感谢作者~~

还建议加一个：在刮削扫描游戏库的时候，记录刮削成功之时的时间，谢谢。
