This PR enables the difference tool on DEA Intertidal in our prod WMS/DEA Maps, to replicate what we already have in Terriacube: https://terria-cube.terria.io/#share=s-lVxJohTMbf1i6lvWkKVqHaack4U
Also made a minor change to fix the broken DEA logo in the DEA Maps Preview bot - this won't work until this PR is merged, but should work from that point onward
