Feature request: Quickstart guide

I've had some issues getting the project up and running for testing. After discussing this with @dariober on the monthly call, we decided that issues would be the better place for these conversations.

Standing a demo instance of this project up would be a lot easier if there was a quickstart guide.

The guide is there to get a demo instance up as easily as possible.
Could you provide a copy of the configuration files already set up as described in the setup doc? Maybe have it in a subdirectory separate from the current template config files.
