Better error handling in profile creation save page

Just tested this and the save loader never finished because it could not connect to the Mutiny relay (might be a victim of ReplyGuy). There needs to be some time-out, re-try, fallback relays, etc.

Still would be great to have a Nosta relay at some point for that fallback.

Confirmed that the blastr relay was quietly shut down by Mutiny. Need to remove that from the application ASAP.

I updated the list of default relays in this PR. Also using the Damus relay instead of the now-dead Blastr one. Really need to consider setting up my own Nosta relays for some type of trusted infrastructure.
