Users may want to create quick applications sometimes, for one of the main reason

No time to write all the code from scratch cause of less time

In that situation its better to opt for bootstrap.

Generator should give an option to select bootstrap for applications.

Simple web app (can consider)
Full Stack (have to include the option to select)
Angular (have to include the option to select)
