CM access the Moderator Mail and send custom reply if it's triggered.

I will explain better this as there are multiple situations where this can be handy.

1 FIRST

• user JaneDoe sends a moderator mail, without a link on it.

• Cm search thru the posting history of janedoe
  -- If JaneDoe doesn't have a post made in the subreddit, CM to send a custom reply: I couldn't find any post made in our community, if you have any questions regarding a post or a comment. Send us a replay that contains a proper link to that comment or post.
  -- If JaneDoe - DOES HAVE posts made in our subreddit. CM to send A MODERATOR PRIVATE MESSAGE where to list the last posts JaneDoe made on the subreddit.

• user JaneDoe sends a moderator mail With a link on it.
  -- If JaneDoe doesn't have a post made in the subreddit, CM does nothing, Janedoe might be a subscriber tho can send us a report or something we need to know.
  -- If JaneDoe - DOES HAVE posts made in our subreddit. CM to send A MODERATOR PRIVATE MESSAGE where to list the last posts JaneDoe made on the subreddit.

2 SECOND.

Some subreddits does request verification for their posters.

If there is a moderator mail with the title: Verification. ( or a trigger word )
CM should check the author history and in case of:

• low account age: >=20 days
• low link karma: >=300
• low comment karma: >=30
• cross posts: >=10
• links in comments more than 95%
  To send a custom Message: Unfortunately your verification was denied due to your account it's to new, it has less posting history, it looks spammy due to multiple crossposts ... Come back in a 30 days with a new verification.

Other criteria can be:

• posting history less than 200 posts
• 7 yo account who started posting 2 months ago - signs of purchased account - ( I know this might be complicated )

CM also to be able to add a Note - Verification denied due to: - low comment karma ( I might be to much already )

If all the criteria are fulfilled - CM can send a message as the subreddit like - Hey {{author}} we received your Verification - please have patience until a human moderator checks the verification album and reaches back to you. Thank you.

This sounds like its a work for a different bot. For me sounds MORE than complicated but it would be amazing to have this implemented ... as it would save us from a lot of time spend on browsing thru profiles and rejecting tons of verification from shady accounts.
To be honest I'm more interested in the second part of this suggestions as this would help me and fellow moderators who use verification on their subreddits a lot. As we all have criteria that makes an account eligible or not for verification.

CM interaction with modmail has been on my todo list! Reddit's API for modmail is different than everything else though so I need to familiarize myself with it first and figure out how best to translate it to easy to do things with CM.

All of these things are things I'd like CM to be able to do eventually!
