Clipboard monitor capture is not consistent

Description
I'm using Yomichan Search window with clipboard monitor along with Kanjitomo OCR recognizer. When mouse is moved over Japanese text it got recognized on the fly and clipboard contents flips in quick succession until mouse is settled on the target word. The issue is Yomichan Search then sometimes shows not the last clipboard value of target word but one before last, i.e. useless junk value.
