[Player Controller] Rotation getting reset when enabled / Ignores initial rotation of cloning transform for non host #7068

Describe the bug

When using a basic networking setup with network helper and spawn points, non host players will ignore rotations of the spawn point.
Other than making a custom feature just for this i cant seem to find a way to even force the rotation.

To Reproduce

  1. Open repro
  2. Start the game, host will rotate with the spawn point
  3. Join the game, non host ignores spawn point rotation

Expected behavior

Non host players should rotate with spawn points just like the host does.
