Ability to Report Game Reviews featuring inappropriate language (or a better filter)

What can't you do?

Marble Racer's most recent review features someone just using the full uncensored N word. I'd really like for such language to not be anywhere near my game's page, but I have no ability to censor or remove the review for foul language.

How would you like it to work?

I understand not wanting to let creators simply remove negative reviews from their page, but some basic language filtering, or the ability to report reviews to an administrator, would be greatly appreciated.
