Hi. I can't see this command in running config after I apply it. Seems this is due to
in my config. New correction - I'm trying to establish bgp connection with - MAC Address: EC:38:73:E8:88:30 (Juniper Networks). something like #12763, but with ipv6 only. |

This is the current output.
But I can't ping any host inside FRR. No traffic there. The story.
Routes after this line is not working on frr-8.4.2 on proxmox Debian 11, latest 6.xx kernel. I moved temporary back all my ipv4 internet to my old cisco and start establishing in a test mode bgp ipv6 only with my uplink. My target is to establish bgp ipv4 together with ipv6 connection on the same FRR-router at once. Later I'll try to add PIM (ipv4 only) t this FRR-router also. |

latest investigation. With ipv6 bgp I use latest frr compiled from master branch. Seems to that there is a bug in FRR - can't advertise ipv6 network to a neighbor. It present in config, but absent in 'neighbors advertise-routes" my current frr.conf
I obtain successfully my 'default route' from my uplink
But I cant't advertise my routes -
BGP session is fine -
something wrong in my config with routes. If I add to my config - ipv6 route 2a03:500::/32 Null0 I get my network announced. but packets wont walk. May be someone can save my time ? |

as it was reported here - http://docs.frrouting.org/en/latest/ipv6.html#router-advertisement-configuration-example P.S. I'm using for frr gentoo linux in lxc container on proxmox ve. |

Hi.
I spent ours to detect a failure in my bgp config or program itself. Only latest code from master resolves - "Interface: vmbrXXX does not have a v6 LL address associated with it, waiting until one is created for it" an error.
But I can't properly establish BGP ipv6 only connection with CISCO router. BGP connection has NoNeg status.
The output of "sh ip bgp summary'
startup log of frr
Here is my actual config.
BGP on IPv4 works fine on Debian 11, FRR-8.4.2, but bug # #4046 still exist.
This is a real BGP peer with Cisco Router. I need help to establish connection.
Need help with this issue.
