the idea behind this is to give it more visibility.
After 3 years there are a lot of more users but I think that could be improved with:

more signs
better visibility on the homepage (maybe a NAV button?!?)
"did you got lost? try nav.fosdem.org"

there are a lot of possible thinks we could do imho :)
