Mercury Trade Notification windows not popping up for asian type names.

MT was working great earlier today. My computer was freshly booted up. I tried sending myself a whisper, worked fine. Had another player with an english character name and no problem.

Not a bug that can be fixed per Korean laws regarding the Kakao client.

No current solution because tells from the korean client don't go to the chat log. This is on GGG to add those tells to the chat log again if they deem it legally possible.

Which they already have deemed it not to be legally possible due to how privacy laws are set up in Korea.
