Weapon energy-support glitches. Maybe, invalid values are set. #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy Lighting 10 or 11 level.
OR
2. Buy front Mega Pulse weapon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. Expected meduim energy consumption. Instead, even generator for 150000 coins 
could not support anything except this weapon. It is not funny - I use Heavy 
Guided Bombs as rear weapon.
2. Expected some consumption. But, no energy consumption at all! Weapon 
shooting effect does not shown in preview window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The game is OpenTyrian Classic (13ef8ce47362 default).

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe, somehow an additional 0 was glued to the end of Lighting weapon's energy 
consumption. It was my belowed weapon in pair with HG Bombs and now I cannot 
use it T____T

Have you actually checked against real Tyrian *2.1* (Not 2000, it changes a 
bunch of things.) on DOSBox or is this going from memory?
