Correct issue #4 eread scaling

Due to the order of the scaling the eread command was non-scaled. This caused it to be off by a factor of 2.65x this is corrected and marked as a 0.3.0 from 0.2.0 because correcting the read can easily be considered a breaking change since the loading size of embroidery has changed.

This new version has full loop versioning where reading and writing the same embroidery design will remain the same size.
