As the title, I wonder why this is not available as installable packages.

Hi,

What you mean not available as installable packages? To be available as Debian Repo?
Normally they should be shipped as Kernel Modules in linux-image in Debian or Ubuntu. Why they don't add it as compiled module in Kernel, I have no clue.
