I have this debugger exception when I execute ESUGSetUp stop.

Steps to reproduce

Download a Pharo 12 image
Install Regis using the Metacello script from the README
Execute ESUGSetUp start
Execute 100 timesRepeat:[ ERTest generateDataForTest ] (populate the website)
Then, execute ESUGSetUp stop
You will see the exception.

After this, it is impossible to re-start or stop the website
