time-slider: cannot plot F10.7 index containing NaN value

The time-slider is not capable of handling NaN values when plotting index values.

As result, values are plotted (from left, values sorted by time) until the NaN is reached. The the plot stops there, even-though there are other values after the NaN send by the server.
