Didn't find anything relevant. My theory is that something went wrong during the initialization of the harvest. For example, the event rows have been included in the emof_harvest table and then have been counted as 'measurementValue is NULL'. However, it looks like this error was fixed during the rest of the procedure. I think the best ways to debug this is to reproduce the error and identify where it comes from (because now the rows linked to this dataset, in the harvest tables, have been deleted so it's not possible to investigate on that)
