In Server.php line 141:

failed to listen server port[0.0.0.0:9501], Error: Address already in use[4

，而且报了这个错

1、挂载目录是docker的知识，你可以搜索docker -v 的内容学习一下
2、第二个问题是docker容器内已经有程序占用了9501端口
