The Symbol BC847C_215 in the dk_Transistors-Bipolar-BJT-Single library has the Base on Pad 2 and the Emitter on Pad 1, while the data sheet states, it is the other way around.

Pin-compatible alternatives such as the BC847B_215 and BC846B_215 have the correct pin-to-pad assignments in their symbols, so I suggest to copy the symbol from one of them.
