Extend chart docs

I feel like the helm-chart could benefit from some extra documentation.

For example:

• How to use the schema.json. (e.g. VSCode plugin example)
• When to use the busybox permission fix init container or not.
• Some deployment examples.

Second this, an example with postgres as the database or hyades would be awesome
