Add from_imod5_data method to MetaSwapModel

Method should create MetaSwapModel and its packages from imod5 data.

Requirements

• Add msw.GridData.from_imod5_data #1285
• Add msw.Infiltration.from_imod5_data method #1290
• Initiate empty Modflow6 Recharge package
• Read para_sim.inp, adapt with iMOD5 settings and write. Do not hardcode settings in MetaSwapModel, make these editable instead.
• Add from_imod5_data for meteo grids #1292
• Sprinkling:
  • Get indices
  • Check if layer not inactive
  • If groundwater extraction, then set surface water extraction to 0
• Add msw.Ponding.from_imod5_data #1288
• Copy files under "EXTRA FILES"

Nice to haves

• Nice to have: read and write lookup tables
• Support both specifying sprinkling with a grid of locations OR with an IPF with wellids and accompanying rates that connects a grid of wellids. We can create an object for this like SprinklingMultipleSources.
