Add translation for languages:

  • English
  • Russian
  • Simplified Chinese

To make translation easier you can use
Pootle or POEditor
Maybe smth else.

I can do the simplified Chinese translate, but which branch should I translate?

@Sasasu develop is in "active" development, and most of the language files are located at translations/ folder
