In title and content of the question some language specific chars like "ı", "ş" are broken in saving part while "ç" char is working. Post form seems to have utf-8 encoding. What might be the reason for that problem?

Same here. After a short look at code source, I think it's due to the use of ctypealpha($string) who is a regex for only [a-zA-Z] and not accented characters as éèàôï...
