First release of mustard

This is the first release of the mustard machine learning library for RDF data. It contains all the code for the kernels and experiments in the 2015 Journal of Web Semantics paper: “Substructure Counting Graph Kernels for Machine Learning from RDF data”, GKD de Vries, S de Rooij.
