Version

1.3.30

Issue description

I just completed a new install of DCC-EX. I had to use the Aurduino IDE to install the software on Win-11, as the auto installer would not recognize the Elegoo Mega board. Install then went just fine and I can use the IDE to query and control the DCC-EX controller. (I turned off the VPN software to make sure it is not a problem). Using Chrome V125.0.6422.142

When I attempt to use the cloud version of the DCC-EX Web Throttle, the screen initializes, it appears to connect to the controller.
Though track power button is not enabled.

When I switch to programming mode, I can send messages to the DCC-EX, but it does not change the state of the power lights on the board.

I can also connect to the DCC-EX with WiThrottleLite with WiFi, though I don't have any locomotives setup yet to try.

What can I do to get this operating?

I found that I had the Arduino IDE open and it was controlling the USB port. Once I shutdown the IDE, then the throttle worked correctly.
