As far as i've read thru gdpr you can just notify the user that you are collecting only data that is necessary to provide the functionality that is needed for the app to run. For example the youtube profile info when registering, if you cant run your app without it then there shouldn't be an option to opt out of data collection. In that case a simple popup informing that you do collect that data is all that is needed and that can be a simple component with no functionality other than informing.
