Overlay patterns and accents, when done well, can be an important eye catching part of a webmap. Our current overlay colors and patterns were selected by an AI 🤖 that was trained on 1500 of the top ESRI maps.....oh.....no they weren't. They were randomly chosen based on a developer saying "yep, looks sick" to a random color picker 🎨 selection, or copy/pasta from a neighboring feature 🍝.
Now, to go with our shiny new base colors, we have accent colors and overlay patterns 👀
Action Items
Update each overlay with the corresponding pattern and accent color(accent color or colors tbd)
Need Additional Info
TODO: Determine if the overlays are to have more than one color (base & accent)
