User Story

As a admin,
I'd like to be able to create multiple roles with different levels of access
So that I can make sure that the system is secure.

Acceptance Criteria

Allow the admin to be able to create a user role name
Allow the admin to be able to select certain functions for the role
- Functions to include:
- Create, edit and update entities
- Create, edit and update user accounts
- Create, edit and update roles
- Create, edit and update contacts
- Create, edit and update check-ins
- Create check-ins only
