[Bug]: Citra and Yuzu have been discontinued after the nintendo lawsuit, installing them returns an error.

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

You would expect it to not return an error or try to install it. Scoop will return an error if you try to install citra or yuzu.

Steps to Reproduce

PS > scoop install citra
WARN  Purging previous failed installation of citra.
ERROR 'citra' isn't installed correctly.
Removing older version (2104-20240303).
'citra' was uninstalled.
Installing 'citra' (2104-20240303) [64bit] from games bucket
The request was aborted: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
URL https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/download/nightly-2104/citra-windows-msvc-20240303-0ff3440.7z is not valid

Possible Solution

I have a fork with the selected files removed at https://github.com/TomCarroll09/scoop-games. I could create a pull request.
