Create tests for this, may want a mock user, or a stub user who's out of credits

We need to think about the desired experience (DX) for the clients, we basically need to map out each user state.

Basically we need to know all possible states the backend can return, and the client should handle each state.

Primary problem is that the clients are not designed to handle being out of credits
