CAT Note enables users to add Cloud resources to a p2p Data Mesh network

• REST API with 1 or more endpoints that process Orders and return BOMs with Invoices as BOM CID
• Executor executes Function on Structure #88
• Factory produces Executors with configured Structure(s) #92
• Log Ingress & Egress Sub-Processes #89
